In fact, the quality of iron plate welded flanges is the same as that of forged welded flanges. However, where can the quality of iron plate welded flanges not be guaranteed? In other words, the material guarantee for iron plate welded flanges is minimal because during the process, the density of iron plate welded flanges is not an issue. However, during production, the blanks for iron plate welded flanges are rarely tested, so they may be unqualified after production. The materials of the tested iron plate welded flanges cannot be guaranteed.
